Information Guessly May Process

Guessly is designed for family-friendly play. The app may process game progress, selected categories, scores, coin balances, achievements, leaderboard progress, purchase status, device information needed for ads or app operation, and optional Google Play Games profile information if a player chooses to sign in.

We do not ask players to create a Maple Joy Studio account, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information inside Guessly.

AdMob and Google Mobile Ads

Guessly may show ads provided by AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. Google and its partners may collect and use information such as device identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and other data described in Google's advertising policies in order to deliver, measure, and improve ads.

Players and parents can manage ad personalization through device settings and Google account ad settings where available.

Google Play Billing and In-App Purchases

Guessly may offer optional in-app purchases for coins through Google Play Billing. Payments are processed by Google Play. Maple Joy Studio does not receive or store payment card numbers. Guessly may receive purchase confirmation information from Google Play so the app can deliver purchased coins and maintain purchase status.

Google Play Games Services

Guessly may offer optional sign-in with Google Play Games Services. If a player chooses to sign in, Google Play Games Services may provide information such as a player ID, display name, profile image, and game activity needed for Play Games features.

Guessly may use Google Play Games Services cloud save / Saved Games to save and restore game progress, coin balances, completed categories, achievements, and related gameplay state across supported devices.

Achievements and Leaderboards

Guessly may include achievements and leaderboards through Google Play Games Services. Achievement progress, scores, leaderboard entries, and related gameplay activity may be sent to Google Play Games Services when a player uses these optional features.

Children and Families

Guessly is intended to be family-friendly. We aim to avoid collecting personal information directly from children. Some third-party services used by the app, such as Google Mobile Ads, Google Play Billing, and Google Play Games Services, may process data as described in their own policies and settings.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information that should be deleted can contact us at maplestudioinfo@gmail.com.

Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of data associated with Guessly that Maple Joy Studio can access or control, email maplestudioinfo@gmail.com. Please include enough information for us to understand and process the request.

Users can also manage or delete Google Play Games data through their Google Play Games profile or Google Account settings. Data processed by Google services may be controlled by Google account, device, and Play Games settings.

Third-Party Services

Guessly may use Google services including AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, Google Play Billing, and Google Play Games Services. These services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's terms, privacy policies, and user controls.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of Guessly after a policy update means the updated policy applies.
